Availability: Manually from the inbox; as a scheduled report—daily, weekly, or monthly.
Analysis
Purpose: Structured evaluation of competitors’ communications, including strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations for action.
Output: Sections on strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations, tailored to your AI context.
Typical Use: Strategic planning, quarterly reviews, positioning efforts.
Availability: Manually from the inbox; as a scheduled report weekly or monthly (not daily).
List
Purpose: Curated selection of the most relevant updates on a specific topic.
Output: Numbered list of updates with brief comments.
Typical Use: Thematic compilations, reading lists for colleagues.
Availability: Manually from the inbox; as a scheduled report daily, weekly, or monthly.
LinkedIn Posts
Purpose: Three ready-to-post LinkedIn drafts based on the latest updates.
Output: Three posts with different tones and hooks, optionally with integration into Buffer.
Typical Use: Content creation, social media responses, thought leadership posts.
Availability: Manually from the inbox; as a scheduled report—daily, weekly, or monthly.
Conversation Starters
Purpose: Three to five updates suitable for engaging with comments on LinkedIn.
Output: Selected updates with an explanation of why they’re suitable for a comment, plus the original link.
Typical Use: Strategic presence through comments on relevant posts.
Availability: Manually from the inbox; as a scheduled report—daily, weekly, or monthly.
Monthly Market Review
Purpose: A one-page review of the competitive landscape for an entire calendar month, tailored for management and board communication.
Output: Key metrics row (visibility share, unique positioning, topic presence, topic focus, momentum relative to the market), three-sentence key message, momentum table of the most active competitive sources, topic landscape, “Us in the Market Context” analysis (overlaps, gaps, unique positioning), notable trends, and three to five open-ended questions for further exploration.
Typical Use: Board reporting, investor meetings, strategic monthly routines at the executive level.
Availability: Only as a scheduled report, exclusively on a monthly basis. Cannot be generated manually from the inbox because the report always covers the entire previous month.
Requirements for meaningful metrics: At least one source marked as “own” (see Edit Source) and communication documents stored in the AI context.
