Download invoices

What this is about

Invoices are managed through the Stripe Billing portal—a separate Stripe page that can be opened directly from Picasi. There, you’ll find all your past invoices and can also change your payment method.

How to proceed

1. Open Billing

   In the navigation bar, click Settings → Billing.

2. Open the Billing Portal

   Click Open Billing Portal or Manage Invoices and Payment Method. The Stripe Portal will open in a new tab.

3. Download Invoice

   In the Stripe Portal, you’ll see all previous invoices under Invoices or Billing History. Click on an invoice to download it as a PDF.

Result

The invoice is now saved as a PDF on your device. Invoices include the workspace name, the billed plan, and the time period.
