How do I unsubscribe from reminder emails?
Short answer
Every milestone or inactivity reminder carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click takes the email address off all milestone and reminder emails — across every workspace. Report deliveries are not affected.
Details
The link opens a confirmation page with the notice “You have been removed from the mailing list”. The unsubscribe takes effect immediately and permanently:
- All milestone emails (100, 1 000, 5 000 updates and similar) are no longer sent to that address.
- All inactivity reminders (after 5 or 14 days, etc.) are no longer sent.
- The unsubscribe applies to the email address, not just to the current workspace — if you’re a member of several workspaces, the address stays off across all of them.
Rules stay active in the workspace; they just don’t fire for this one address anymore.
Still receiving report emails
The unsubscribe link does not cover report deliveries. Automated reports (summaries, analyses, monthly market review, etc.) follow the recipient list configured on each report. To be removed from a report, do it on the report itself — or ask a workspace admin to do it.
If you were unsubscribed by accident
There is no self-service way back into the mailing list. Talk to a workspace admin — they can request reactivation of the address through the support channel.
If this doesn’t help
- If the unsubscribe page shows the error “Invalid or expired unsubscribe link”: The link is signed and long-lived but may have been altered by an email client. Open the email in a different client and click the link directly (not via a preview redirect).
- If milestone emails still arrive despite unsubscribing: check whether more than one of your email addresses is registered (e.g.
name@company.comandname+picasi@company.com). Each address needs to be unsubscribed separately.
