How can I control the AI report focus?

When generating a report, there is an optional Focus field. Enter a specific question or topic there—the AI will tailor the output accordingly.

Details

Without a focus text, Picasi generates a general overview. This is good for getting an initial overview, but not ideal if you have a specific question.

Examples of effective focus texts:

• Was kommunizieren unsere Wettbewerber zum Thema Künstliche Intelligenz?
• Fokus auf Pricing-Änderungen und neue Paket-Angebote
• Welche Events und Webinare haben die beobachteten Unternehmen angekündigt?
• Wie positionieren sich die Wettbewerber im Vergleich zu nachhaltigen Geschäftsmodellen?

What makes a good focus text: It is specific enough to guide the AI in a certain direction—but not so narrow that it excludes updates that would actually be relevant.

The focus text is passed to the AI model along with the updates. It is not a filter—it does not change which updates form the basis of the report, but only how the AI interprets and structures them.
