Unlock white-label

What this is about

White-label belongs to the Pro and Premium plans. There is nothing to book on top — the plan decides, and it does so per Workspace.

How to unlock it

  1. Open the brand settings

Click Workspace settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then Brand settings.

  2. Read the locked state

If it says Unlock your own brand with the sentence White-label is part of the Pro and Premium plans. Switch plans to set your own colors and logo for graphics and PDF files., your plan is too small. Color fields and logo upload are missing entirely then.

  3. Go to billing

Click Go to billing. The button leads to your Workspace’s billing page, not to Stripe.

  4. Switch the plan

Pick Pro or Premium. An upgrade takes effect immediately.

After that the brand settings show color fields and logo upload, and you set your brand.

There is nothing for the agency to book

The page Agency → Billing sells nothing any more. Every Workspace unlocks white-label through its own plan; an agency subscription is no longer a condition.

If not a single Workspace of the agency is on Pro or Premium, the agency’s brand page says: White-label is part of the Pro and Premium plans, and none of your Workspaces is on one. Show Workspaces shows you which Workspace stands where.

Old bookings

Anyone who booked a white-label add-on in the past — per Workspace or agency-wide — still finds it at Stripe. It unlocks nothing any more.

Agency subscription: Under Agency → Billing it then says This add-on no longer unlocks anything. Manage subscription cancels it in the Stripe customer portal.

What a downgrade does

If a Workspace drops below Pro, the brand no longer applies. Colors and logos stay stored and take effect again immediately after a new upgrade — you do not have to enter anything twice.
