Picasi could not read my website
Short answer
The website was unreachable or had too little text. Upload a company document by hand, or trigger the generation again with Regenerate from website and a different URL.
Details
The page does not answer. Picasi fetches the home page and up to three further pages — /about or /products, for instance. If the website is offline or blocks automated fetches, nothing arrives.
The page has too little text. Below roughly 200 words it is not enough for a profile. Picasi still produces one, but with a low confidence value — a landing page with three sentences makes no company profile.
The URL points elsewhere. Check in the field Your organization’s website whether the right address stands there. A redirect to a platform page delivers that platform’s content, not yours.
A second run on the same day. After a successful run Picasi blocks the automatic generation for 24 hours.
If that does not help
Download the category template via Download template, fill it in and upload it. That gets the context in place without the website having to cooperate.
