Download context document template
What this is about
Picasi provides a template file for each of the four AI context categories. The template shows what information is useful in a context document and how it can be structured. You download it as a Markdown file, fill it out, and then upload it to Picasi.
How to proceed

Open AI Input
Click on AI Input in the navigation bar.

Select a category
Click on the tab for the category for which you want to download a template:
- Company — Information about your organization, mission, and market position
- Products — Product descriptions, features, use cases
- Topics — Industry context, thematic focus areas
- Communication — Style guide, tone, brand message

Download Template
Click Download Template below the category description. Your browser will download a Markdown file. The file is tailored to your Workspace language.

Fill out the template
Open the downloaded file in a text editor or Markdown editor. Replace the placeholders with your actual content.

Upload the completed template
Go back to the corresponding tab in AI Input and upload the completed file as a context document.
Result
The uploaded file will be available as AI context starting with the next generated report. Picasi uses the content for personalized analyses and recommendations.
