Filter and export the source list as CSV
What this is about
The source overview lists every source in your workspace — dozens once you’re actively using Picasi. To isolate a specific subset (e.g. all direct competitors with a LinkedIn channel), use the filter above the list. You can then download the filtered result as CSV — for external analysis or as an email attachment.
How to do it

Open the source overview
Click Sources in the navigation.

Open the filter
Click the filter button in the top right above the list. The filter popover opens.

Set filters
- Name: Type a search term to find sources by name.
- Source tags: Pick one or more tags. The toggle below decides whether a source must have all tags (AND) or any of them (OR).
- Channel types: Pick one or more channel types (LinkedIn, YouTube, RSS, newsletter). Shows sources with at least one channel of the selected type.

Apply
Click Apply. The list below updates immediately. The counter at the top shows how many sources are left.

Download as CSV
Click Download as CSV above the list. Your browser downloads a CSV of the currently filtered sources — including name, tags, channels, website URL, and status.
Result
The CSV has one row per source. Columns:

The CSV is UTF-8 encoded. Excel imports it correctly via Data → From Text/CSV.
Reset filters
Click Reset in the filter popover to clear all filters. A page reload also returns to the starting state.
