Generate a curated list

What It’s About

You create a curated list of updates that are most relevant to a specific topic or question. The AI selects the updates that match your focus from the visible ones and adds brief comments.

This is useful when you need an overview of many updates but only want to see the ones that are truly relevant—without the hassle of manually sifting through them.

Here’s how to do it

  1. Open Inbox

    Click Inbox in the navigation bar. Switch to the desired folder and set filters if needed.

  2. Start the list

    Click the List button at the top of the Inbox.

  3. Enter AI filters (optional)

    Specify what the AI should look for when making its selection:

    • Nur Updates zu Produktneuheiten
    • Events und Veranstaltungsankündigungen

    If you don’t enter any filters, the AI will select the most relevant updates overall.

  4. Generate

    Click Generate. The list will appear under Reports in a few seconds.

Result

Under Reports, you’ll find the curated list with the type List. Each update included has a brief comment. The list is well-suited as a basis for internal briefings or as a reading list for colleagues.
