I have reached the report limit - what now?

Short Answer

Once you reach the report limit, you can no longer generate any more reports. On a paid plan it continues in the next calendar month. On the Trial plan the allowance does not reset: there only a booked plan helps.

Details

The limit includes all reports of all types: summaries, analyses, lists, LinkedIn posts, and conversation starters. Scheduled reports also count toward this limit. A report that stays empty does not count.

When the counter starts over depends on the plan: on Basic, Pro and Premium with every calendar month, on the Trial plan not at all — there the allowance is an overall allowance for the whole trial period.

Dossiers count separately. They have an allowance of their own and do not consume the report allowance. A dossier above the allowance is still produced, but stays masked until the allowance suffices again. In a paid plan that only applies within the month it was created in.

If you have a lot of scheduled reports, you can quickly reach the limit. Consider pausing scheduled reports with low informational value to free up capacity for manual reports.

If you regularly run out of the limit, upgrading your plan is the long-term solution.

You can view your current quota under Settings → Billing or on the dashboard. Depending on the plan it says This month or Overall.
