Set the recipients of the suggestion email

What this is about

On weekday mornings Picasi sends the open source suggestions by email. You decide who gets them.

How to do it

  1. Open the profile

    Click Workspace settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then AI source suggestions.

  2. Enter recipients

    In the field Digest recipients there is one address per line. Commas and semicolons work too.

  3. Save

    Click Save changes.

Result

From the next edition on, the email goes to these addresses. If the field stays empty, the Workspace owner receives it.

What is in the email

At most five suggestions per edition, each with name, address, classification and traffic light. If more are open, the mail says so and points to the next edition.

Each suggestion carries three links: add, hide, reject. Plus Add all green, which leads to a confirmation page.

When no email arrives

Three reasons are likely:

  • There is nothing new. The mail only goes out if at least one new suggestion has arrived since the last edition.
  • The search is paused. From ten unhandled suggestions on, Picasi stops looking — and without new suggestions there is no new mail either. There is a reminder about the open pile, though.
  • The cycle is not there yet. After onboarding the runs follow at growing intervals.
