Using Keyboard Shortcuts in the Inbox

If you go through a lot of updates every day, using keyboard shortcuts makes a noticeable difference. You can handle your entire Inbox review without a mouse.

The most important shortcuts

KeyAction
↑Select the previous update in the list
↓Select the next update in the list
→Move the current update to Saved
←Move the current update to Dropped

Typical Workflow Using the Keyboard

Open the Inbox and click once on the first update to place the focus on the list. Then:

  1. Use ↓ to jump to the next update
  2. Read the content in the right panel
  3. Use → to save or ← to drop
  4. Picasi automatically moves to the next update

This way, you can go through dozens of updates in just a few minutes without taking your hands off the keyboard.
