Export report

What this is about

You export a finished report to a common format that you can use outside of Picasi—in an email, an internal document, or another tool.

Available formats

Format	Suitable for
Plain text	Easy insertion into emails, Slack, Notion
HTML	Embedding in websites or HTML emails
Inline HTML	Optimized directly for email clients, no external resources
Markdown	Documents, GitHub, Notion, Obsidian

How to proceed

1. Open reports

   Click Reports in the navigation bar and select the desired report from the list.

2. Start export

   Click the export button (download icon) at the top of the report’s details pane.

3. Select format

   Select the desired export format from the dropdown menu.

4. Download

   The report will be downloaded immediately as a file.

Result

The exported file contains the complete report content. Images or screenshots are not included in the export—only the text content.
