Revoke OAuth connection

What this is about

You are revoking an AI tool’s access to Picasi. This is necessary if you no longer use an assistant, a connection has been compromised, or a member has left the team.

There are two places where OAuth connections are managed:

  • Personal connections — your own connections (e.g., you authorized Claude.ai)
  • Team connections — connections for all team members (only admins and owners can see these)

Revoke a personal connection

  1. In the navigation, click Settings → Connections (personal settings).
  2. Find the connection you want to revoke.
  3. Click Revoke and confirm.

The AI assistant will immediately lose access.

Revoke a member’s team connection (admins/owners only)

  1. In the navigation, click Settings → AI Connections and Tokens (workspace settings).
  2. Find the connection for the member you want to remove.
  3. Click Revoke and confirm.

The affected member will need to re-authorize if necessary.

Revoke API tokens

API tokens (for Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) are revoked under Settings → AI Connections and Tokens — in the same way as OAuth connections.
