Revoke OAuth connection

What this is about

You are revoking an AI tool’s access to Picasi. This is necessary if you no longer use an assistant, a connection has been compromised, or a member has left the team.

There are two places where connections sit, and which one applies depends on the address the connection was made through.

A connection through the general address belongs to no single Workspace. It reaches every Workspace you belong to, with the rights you have there. That is exactly why it is not in the Workspace list but only with you personally. The Workspace page points this out and leads straight there with the My connections button.

Caution

For admins that means: a member’s connection that runs through the general address is not yours to revoke — it sits in their personal settings. If you want to end access to your Workspace, remove the member from the Workspace. Access ends with that, without anyone having to touch someone else’s connection.

Revoke a personal connection

1. In the navigation, click your profile at the bottom, then Personal settings.
2. Switch to Connections.
3. Find the connection you want to revoke. The list names Created, Last used and the number of Requests for each one — that is how you tell which is still in use.
4. Click Revoke and confirm.

The AI assistant immediately loses access. If it says No connections yet, you have not authorized any assistant.

Revoke a member’s team connection (admins/owners only)

1. Click on Settings → AI Connections and Tokens in the navigation bar (Workspace settings).
2. Find the connection for the member you want to remove.
3. Click Revoke and confirm.

The affected member will need to re-authorize if necessary.

Revoke API Tokens

API tokens (for Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) are revoked under Settings → AI Connections and Tokens — in the same way as OAuth connections.
