Why am I not getting any source suggestions?
Short answer
Usually it is a backlog. From ten unhandled suggestions on, Picasi pauses the research. Work through the open ones and it runs again.

Backlog. From ten unhandled suggestions on, the search pauses. The email says so plainly: We will only look for new sources again once these have been handled.
The cycle. The runs follow growing intervals: first after about a week, then after three, then after seven weeks, after that roughly monthly. More arrives early on than later.
No Workspace profile. Without a profile the AI searches in the void. Check under Workspace settings → AI source suggestions whether it says Profile not yet generated.
Too narrow a profile. If the company description is a single sentence, the research finds little. That text is the strongest lever you have.
If that does not help
Sharpen the company description and trigger the profile again via Regenerate with AI. If nothing changes over several weeks after that, contact support.
