My dossier is unreadable — what does “Over the allowance” mean?
Short answer
The dossier is above your monthly allowance. Quotes and table figures are masked, charts blurred and the PDF locked. As soon as the allowance covers it, it is fully readable — without you having to create it again.
Details
Picasi creates the dossier anyway. It sits in the list, marked Over the allowance, and you see title, date, structure, body text and key figures. What stays unreadable is what makes up the substance: the quotes, the figures in the analysis tables and the charts.
Such a dossier cannot be handed on: the PDF is locked.

Raise the allowance. Get in touch. Dossiers are not on the pricing page; we sort that out in conversation.

Waiting for next month only helps for new dossiers. One from last month stays locked until the limit rises — the new allowance belongs to the new month.
If that does not help
If the page says Dossiers are not part of your plan, your Workspace has no dossier allowance at all. Get in touch.
