Edit the Workspace profile for source suggestions

What this is about

The Workspace profile tells the AI where to look. The more precise it is, the more usable the suggestions. Picasi generates it automatically after onboarding; you correct it.

How to do it

  1. Open the profile

    Click Workspace settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then AI source suggestions.

  2. Check the fields

    • Industry — the broad frame, such as B2B SaaS, Legal Tech, Fintech.
    • Sub-industry — the narrower focus, such as Compliance Automation, Marketing Automation.
    • Region — the geographic focus, such as DACH, EU, Global.
    • Company description — the most important part.

  3. Sharpen the company description

    Describe your company, your products and services. Name your audiences, what sets you apart, and typical use cases. This text feeds directly into every AI source search.

  4. Save

    Click Save changes.

Result

Above the profile it now says Corrected by you. From that moment on, automatic regeneration no longer overwrites your entries.

Having it regenerated

Regenerate with AI throws the profile away and derives it again from your Workspace. That also lifts the lock your correction set.

Regeneration runs in the background; the page catches up by itself. Use it when your business has changed.

When there is no profile

If it says Profile not yet generated, the automatic run after onboarding is still under way or has failed. Wait a few minutes; if nothing happens, trigger it by hand with Regenerate with AI.
