Where can I find my invoices?

Short Answer

You can find your invoices under Settings → Subscription → Invoice History. From there, you can download each invoice as a PDF.

Details

Picasi automatically issues invoices after every successful payment—monthly or annually, depending on your billing model. The invoices are stored in the Stripe customer portal, which is accessible directly from within Picasi.

Downloading invoices:

Open Settings → Subscription and click on View Invoice History. You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal. There you will see all previous invoices with the date, amount, and status. Clicking on the invoice opens the PDF view.

Who can view invoices?

Only Workspace owners have access to the billing history. Admins and other roles cannot view this section.

Invoice via Email:

After each payment, Stripe automatically sends a confirmation email to the billing address on file. If you don’t receive these emails, check your spam folder or update the email address in the Stripe customer portal under Billing Details.

Tax information on the invoice:

If you need a VAT ID or a business address on the invoice, enter this information once in the Stripe customer portal under Billing Details. All future invoices will then automatically include this information.
