Where can I find my invoices?
Short answer
Your invoices are under Workspace settings → Billing in the Your invoices card. Clicking a row downloads the invoice as a PDF.
Details
Picasi issues an invoice after every successful payment — monthly or yearly, depending on your billing cycle. The card lists invoice number, date and amount.
Who sees invoices
Only the Workspace owner. The billing page is tied to the owner role; admins and members do not see it.
Billing address and VAT ID
Both live at Stripe, not in Picasi. In the Your subscription card click Manage subscription — in the Stripe customer portal you enter the details once, and every future invoice carries them.
Invoice by email
After every payment Stripe sends a confirmation to the billing address on file. If nothing arrives, check the spam folder and the address in the customer portal.
If that does not help
If the card is empty and you have paid, contact support. If clicking Manage subscription brings up Billing unavailable, Stripe did not answer just then — try again in a moment.
