My AI report is blank—why?

An empty report usually occurs when there are too few updates in the database or when they lack sufficient content. The AI cannot generate a report from something that isn’t there.

Too few updates in the database. If you generate the report from an almost empty inbox or have set all filters so narrowly that only one or two updates remain, the result will be correspondingly sparse. Open up your filters or switch to the Saved folder, where you’ll find more curated updates.
Updates are very short in terms of content. Some posts—especially on LinkedIn—consist almost entirely of an image and a short sentence. There’s little to extract from these.
The focus text was too narrow. If you’ve set a very specific focus and the updates don’t cover that topic, the AI will provide little or nothing. Remove the focus text or rephrase it to be broader.
Scheduled report with no updates during the time period. For scheduled reports, the data is based solely on the configured time frame (last day, last week, last month). If no updates were received during that time period, the report will be empty.
