I cannot save a source - what is wrong?

The most common cause is an invalid or unreachable URL. Check whether the URL is correct and whether the website is actually accessible.

Details

The URL is unreachable. When creating a source, Picasi checks whether the specified URL responds. If the website is currently offline or redirects to an unreachable address, saving will fail. Try again or check the URL in your browser.

The URL contains a typo. Check whether http:// vs https:// is correct, whether hyphens and periods are correct, and whether there are no spaces.

You have reached the source limit. Depending on your plan, there is a maximum number of sources. If you have reached this limit, a corresponding error message will appear. Delete sources you no longer need or upgrade to a higher plan.

Insufficient permissions. Only members, admins, and owners with permission write:sources can create sources. Check your role under Settings → Team.
