Generate LinkedIn posts

What this is about

You create three ready-to-go LinkedIn posts based on your Inbox updates. Picasi generates posts that align with your company’s communication strategy—provided you’ve set up an AI context using your style guide documents.

You can publish the posts manually on LinkedIn or send them directly to Buffer if the integration is set up.

How to proceed

1. Open Inbox

   Click Inbox in the navigation. Use filters to narrow down updates to relevant sources or topics.

2. Start LinkedIn Posts

   Click the LinkedIn Posts button at the top of the Inbox. A modal will open.

3. Enter focus (optional)

   You can enter a focus text to guide the AI toward specific topics or statements:

   • Positioniert uns als Vordenker im Bereich KI-gestützte Recherche
   • Reagiere auf die neuen Produktankündigungen des Wettbewerbers

4. Generate

   Click Generate. Picasi creates three posts with different tones and hooks.

   Note

   Once the Buffer integration is set up, you’ll see an option to send the posts directly to Buffer after they’re generated. Buffer will then schedule them automatically or save them as drafts—depending on your configuration.

Result

The generated posts appear under Reports with the type LinkedIn Posts. You can read, edit (via copy and paste), or export them there.
