Invite team member

What this is about

You’re adding another person to your workspace. They’ll receive an invitation email and can join your workspace with a single click. The actions they can perform afterward depend on the role you assign them.

Roles at a glance

ReaderRead updates, read AI reports
MemberAdditionally: Rate inbox, generate AI reports
AdminAdditionally: Manage sources, channels, tags, and team
OwnerFull access, including billing

For most colleagues, Member is the right choice. Reader is suitable if someone is only supposed to consume results without actively working.

Here’s how to proceed

  1. Open Team

    Click Settings in the navigation bar, then click Team.

  2. Start invitation

    Click on Invite member.

  3. Enter email address and role

    Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and select the appropriate role.

  4. Send invitation

    Click Send Invitation. The person will immediately receive an email with the invitation link.

Result

The invited person appears in the team list with the status Invitation Pending. As soon as they accept the invitation, the status changes to Active and they can immediately access the workspace.
