Edit the texts of a dossier
What this is about
You rephrase the interpreting texts of a dossier before it leaves the house. The AI wrote a proposal; you decide whether it stands.
How to do it
-
Select the dossier
Click an entry in the list on the left.
-
Open the editor
Click Edit texts. A panel slides in on the right; the preview stays beside it.
-
Change the texts
The fields sit in groups, in the same order as in the document:
- What we see (TL;DR) — the core statement at the very top
- Takeaway below the chart — one line under each chart
- Signal cards — per card Signal strength and Relevance
- Free text — wherever the template provides a free block
- Headline, Text and Action line of the closing block
-
Check the result
The preview beside it catches up as soon as a field loses focus.
Result
Every change is saved right away — there is no save button. Above the panel it says Saved at with the time of the last change.
What cannot be changed
The headings and the method text belong to the template and read the same in every dossier built from it. Title and quote on a signal card belong to the source.
When two people work at the same time
Opening the panel shows the current state. Whoever opens it while someone else has just written sees their version and not the one from earlier.
