Why does “You and the market” show no figures?
Short Answer
The card compares your own sources with the rest. For that it needs at least one source with the tick “This source belongs to us” and at least one without. If one side is missing, the card says so instead of showing figures.
Details
The two notices
| Text on the card | What is missing |
|---|---|
| Mark your own sources to compare yourself with the market. | No source carries the tick |
| Add sources besides your own to compare yourself with the market. | There are only own sources |
Both notices lead over Go to sources to the place where that can be changed.
Setting the tick
Open the source and set the tick This source belongs to us. Meant are your own presences — your company’s LinkedIn page, your YouTube channel, your blog. A star then sits next to the name in the source list.
The same tick drives the filters Only own sources and Exclude own sources in the inbox. Step by step under Edit a source.
When both are there and still nothing shows
Then nobody published in the period. If only your own sources were silent, the card says Your own sources published nothing in this period. and leaves out the topic list below.
If that doesn’t help
Check whether the source delivers at all: the Newest sources card shows No updates for sources that have brought nothing for more than three days. What can cause that is under No updates are arriving.
