Activate public report feed and RSS

What this is about

You are activating a public feed for a scheduled report. Anyone who knows the feed URL can read the latest report—even without a Picasi account. The RSS feed allows users to subscribe to the report in feed reader apps.

This is useful if you want to share results regularly with external parties: customers, company management, or partners.

How to do it

  1. Edit scheduled report

    Click Scheduled Reports in the navigation bar and open the desired report to edit it.

  2. Navigate to step 4

    Navigate to the last step of the wizard: Delivery.

  3. Enable Public Feed

    Toggle on Enable Public Feed. Picasi generates two URLs:

    • HTML Feed: Human-readable page in a browser
    • RSS Feed: Machine-readable format for feed readers

  4. Copy and Share URLs

    Copy the URLs and share them with the desired recipients. Anyone who enters the RSS link into a feed reader app like Feedly or Inoreader will automatically see new reports.

  5. Save

    Click Save. The feed URLs are active immediately.

Result

After each automatic generation, the feed is updated with the latest report. Older versions are no longer available in the feed—the feed always displays only the most recent report.
