Release report publicly

What this is about

You create a public link to a report. Anyone with this link can read the report—without a Picasi account and without logging in.

This is useful when you share reports with external stakeholders: customers, management, or external agencies.

How to do it

  1. Open Reports

    Click Reports in the navigation bar and select the desired report.

  2. Enable sharing

    Click the share icon or the Share publicly menu item in the details pane.

  3. Copy link

    Picasi generates an anonymous link with a unique hash, e.g., https://picasi.app/report/abc123. Copy it and share it with the desired recipients.

  4. Unshare

    If you want to make the report private again, click the share icon again and disable sharing. The link will become invalid immediately.

Result

The report is publicly accessible at the generated URL. The link does not contain any reference to your workspace name or your members.
