What This Is About

Picasi can send generated LinkedIn posts directly to Buffer, so they automatically end up in your publishing queue. This guide describes the daily workflow—from post generation to scheduled publishing.

This requires that the Buffer connection has already been set up in the Workspace settings.

How to proceed

  1. Generate LinkedIn posts

Open the Inbox, select relevant updates, and click LinkedIn Posts. Optionally enter a focus text and click Generate.

  2. Open posts in the Reports view

Navigate to Reports and open the new report of type LinkedIn Posts. You’ll see three generated post drafts.

  3. Transfer posts to Buffer

Click Send to Buffer or the corresponding Buffer icon in the report. Picasi immediately transfers the posts to Buffer.

Depending on your configuration, they will be saved there as drafts (you’ll need to confirm them there) or automatically added to the publishing queue.

  4. Check in Buffer

Open Buffer and check your queue. You’ll see the three posts with the scheduled publication date based on the configured delay.

Automate with Scheduled Reports

If you want to generate and publish LinkedIn posts regularly, set up a scheduled report. In the final step of the wizard, enable Buffer forwarding—then generation and transfer will run fully automatically.
