Set up social scheduling
What this is about
Picasi can hand generated LinkedIn posts directly to a social-scheduling tool so they land in your publishing or approval queue without manual copy-paste. This guide describes the daily workflow — from post generation to scheduled publishing.
Two providers are supported: Buffer and Planable. You can set up one or both, and pick which one takes over on a per-report basis.
How to do it
-
Generate LinkedIn posts
Open the Inbox, select relevant updates, and click LinkedIn Posts. Optionally enter a focus text and click Generate.
-
Open the posts in the Reports view
Navigate to Reports and open the new LinkedIn Posts report. You’ll see three generated post drafts.
-
Send the posts to the provider
Click Send to Buffer or Send to Planable — whichever provider you have connected. If both are connected, both buttons are visible.
Depending on the provider configuration, posts are either saved as drafts (requires team approval) or queued for publication directly.
-
Check in the provider
Open Buffer or Planable and check the queue. You’ll see the three posts with the scheduled publication date based on the configured delay.
Automate with scheduled reports
To generate and publish LinkedIn posts regularly, set up a scheduled report. In the last step of the wizard you pick the provider — then generation and hand-off run fully automatically.
