What happens to my data when I cancel?

Short Answer

After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the billing period. After that, the workspace reverts to the Free Plan, and any data exceeding the Free Plan limit will be removed.

During the remaining paid term: Everything remains the same. You have full access to all sources, updates, and reports.

After the end of the billing period: The workspace switches to the Free Plan. Sources, channels, and updates that exceed the Free Plan limit will be removed. Reports will remain available within the Free Plan limits.

What you should back up beforehand:

Export important reports—as PDF, plain text, or Markdown. Reports that exceed the free limit will no longer be accessible after the downgrade.

If you just want to switch plans, not lose access: Use Switch Plan instead and choose a more affordable plan without canceling entirely.
