Why are my filters reset after reloading?

Inbox filters are stored for the duration of the browser session, not permanently. They are reset after you restart your browser or log in again.

Details

This is by design: Each new session starts with an empty inbox—without automatically loading a filtered view that may no longer be relevant.

If you regularly need the same filters, use URL parameters to link to them:

  • ?source_tag=direktwettbewerber shows only updates with this source tag
  • ?update_tag=produktneuheiten shows only updates with this update tag

Bookmark this URL in your browser. The next time you open it, the filters will be set immediately.
