Configure AI context - Upload documents

What This Is About

By default, Picasa’s AI knows nothing about who you are, what your products can do, or how you communicate. When you upload your own documents—a product description, your style guide, your positioning—this information is incorporated into all AI reports. This makes the analyses more relevant and specific.

Categories and Limits

Documents are divided into four categories:

A maximum of 7,500 tokens is allowed per category, for a total of 30,000 tokens across all categories.

Here’s how to proceed

  1. Open AI Input

    Click on Settings → AI Input in the navigation bar.

  2. Download template (optional)

    Picasi provides a template for each category that shows you how a good context document is structured. Click on Download Template, fill it out, and then upload it again.

  3. Upload document

    Select the appropriate category and click Upload. Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown.

  4. Confirm upload

    The document will be analyzed and will be ready in a few seconds.

  5. Enter website URL

    In addition to the documents, you can enter your website URL as AI context. Picasi retrieves relevant information from the website and uses it for reports as well.

Result

Starting with the next generated report, the AI will take your context documents into account. Analyses become more specific—instead of general market observations, you’ll receive assessments tailored to your situation.
