How long does the AI report generation take?

Reports usually take between 15 seconds and three minutes. The duration depends on the number of updates and the report type.

Details

Summary and List are the fastest types—usually ready in 15 to 60 seconds.

LinkedIn posts and conversation starters take about the same amount of time.

Analyses take the longest because the AI performs a deeper evaluation: up to two to three minutes for reports with many updates.

You don’t have to wait for it to finish. Picasi generates the report in the background. You’ll see a brief confirmation message as soon as it’s ready, and you can find the report under Reports.

If it takes longer than three minutes: Reload the page. If the report doesn’t appear under Reports, there may be a system error. In that case, try generating the report again.
