Why don't I see certain features?

Short Answer

Features such as adding sources, inviting team members, or accessing billing are tied to specific roles. If you don’t see or can’t use a feature, you likely lack the necessary permissions.

Details

Common scenarios:

“Add Source” is missing or cannot be clicked. This feature is only available to members, admins, and owners. Readers cannot create sources.

“Settings → Team” is not accessible. Only admins and owners can view team settings.

“Settings → Billing” is missing. Billing is reserved exclusively for the owner.

Generating AI reports is not possible. Readers cannot generate reports—at least the Member role is required for this.

What you can do: Ask your workspace admin or owner to adjust your role if you need the corresponding feature.
