Cancel and reactivate your subscription

Cancellation

After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the workspace will be reset to the Free plan—so you won’t lose access immediately, but only once the paid period expires.

How to proceed

  1. Open Billing

    Click Settings → Billing in the navigation bar.

  2. Cancel

    Click Cancel Subscription. You’ll see a confirmation showing the date until which your access will remain active.

  3. Confirm

    Confirm the cancellation in the dialog box.

Result

Your subscription is canceled at the end of the billing period. You can continue to use Picasi normally until then.


Reactivation

If you want to reactivate your subscription before the paid period expires, you can do so without having to sign up again and without losing any data.

How to reactivate

  1. Open Billing

    Click on Settings → Billing in the navigation bar.

  2. Reactivate

    Click on Reactivate Subscription. This option only appears if you are still within the paid period.

  3. Confirm

    Confirm the reactivation. Your plan will be active again immediately.

Result

The cancellation has been reversed. Your subscription will continue as normal.
