Generate an AI summary

What This Is About

You’ll create an AI-generated overview of the currently visible updates. The summary highlights the most important topics and draws attention to notable patterns—serving as a concise starting point for meetings, reports, or kicking off your week.

Here’s how to do it

  1. Open Inbox or Saved

    Click Inbox in the navigation bar. Switch to the Saved folder if you want to report from a curated archive.

    If needed, apply filters beforehand to limit the scope of the summary to specific sources or channel types.

  2. Start the summary

    Click the Summary button at the top of the Inbox. A modal window will open.

  3. Enter Focus (optional)

    You can enter a focus text to guide the AI toward specific aspects. Examples:

    • Was haben unsere Wettbewerber über Pricing kommuniziert?
    • Fokus auf Produktankündigungen und Releases

    Without a focus text, the AI creates a general overview.

  4. Generate

    Click Generate. Picasi processes the visible updates in the background.

Result

The summary appears under Reports and is permanently available there. You can export it, send it via email, or share it as a public link.
