Create an agency and assign Workspaces
What this is about
The agency brackets Workspaces that belong to you. Only then can brand and dossier sign-off be run centrally.
Create the agency

Open the agency area
Click Agency in the sidebar and then Workspaces.

Enter a name
Under Agency name enter the name you appear under. Two to a hundred characters.

Create
Click Create agency. Picasi confirms with Your agency has been created. Now assign the Workspaces that belong to it.
Assign Workspaces
Under Add a Workspace stand all Workspaces that belong to you and to no agency yet. One click on Add to agency assigns one.
If you later create a new Workspace, you land in the dashboard, and the onboarding dialogue of the fresh Workspace puts the question in step 2: Should the new Workspace join the agency? You answer with Yes, add it or No, keep it separate. Only whoever owns the agency sees the question — members cannot answer it.
To assign an existing Workspace afterwards, use the list under Agency → Workspaces.
In the list Workspaces in this agency every row carries two markers, Colors and Logo. The color of the marker says where the value comes from:

A Workspace below Pro carries a single No white-label instead. It has not “not set anything yet”, it may not. The sentence behind each marker stands beside it as a tooltip.
Remove a Workspace again
Remove from agency releases the assignment. The Workspace keeps everything — sources, channels, updates, members. Only the agency’s brand no longer applies to it.
Removing is open to the agency owner and to any admin or owner of the Workspace concerned.
Dissolve the agency
Dissolve agency at the bottom of the page releases the bracket. After the confirmation all Workspaces lose their assignment; the Workspaces themselves are untouched. The agency’s brand stays stored.
Beforehand the agency’s white-label subscription has to be cancelled and expired. Otherwise Picasi says: Cancel the white-label subscription before dissolving the agency.
Result
The agency stands, the Workspaces are assigned. Next you set up the brand — it takes effect in every Workspace that is on Pro or Premium.
