Background: Source-First Intelligence

Source-First Intelligence means marketing teams watch what their competitors and other market players publish themselves, straight at the source. Instead of waiting for others to report on them, as in social listening, Picasi captures the original content: LinkedIn posts, YouTube videos, newsletters and RSS feeds.

The guiding principle behind it is "Track who, not what." Teams choose the sources that matter to them instead of searching broadly by keyword. The result is a small, reliable circle of sources that a team actually reads.

GDPR and EU hosting

Picasi processes publicly available data only. The servers are in the EU, currently exclusively in Germany, in data centers of Hetzner Online GmbH.

The Privacy Policy names the hosting provider and the payment service. We provide a data processing agreement (DPA) on request. Contract and billing details are on "Contract, billing and hosting".
