Market data in your own AI tools
If you work with Claude or another AI assistant, you do not want to export market data first. Through the Model Context Protocol those tools reach your monitored sources directly – with the same roles and rights as in the app.
The problem with the intermediate step
Market data usually sits in one tool while the work happens in another. Whoever has a question exports, pastes into a chat and adds context from memory. The export is out of date the moment it is created.
That step costs more than time. It also decides which questions get asked at all: if every follow-up needs a fresh export, people follow up less – and those are often exactly the follow-ups that lead somewhere.
One honest caveat first: this is not a benefit for every team. If AI tools play no part in your working day, there is nothing here for you. For everyone else, the intermediate step disappears completely.
How direct access works
The MCP integration makes your sources, updates, tags and reports queryable for MCP-capable clients – an open standard, not an island. Your rights still apply: the role model holds here too, so AI access opens no door around your permissions. Your context travels with it, through AI context documents that record positioning, audiences and language rules, which makes answers specific rather than generic.
Instead of filtering, you ask: "What did competitor X talk about most last quarter?" is a question, not a query, and you can sharpen it immediately. Whatever comes out of it stays shareable – published through the Public Report Feed or piped into other tools.
On volume: the number of updates and reports is capped per plan, and you will find the figures in the pricing overview. The volume of AI context documents is currently identical across all plans.
