Picasi starts at 199€ per month, net (Basic), followed by Pro at 399€ and Premium at 599€. The free trial includes 300 Updates and needs no credit card. Paying annually saves you the cost of 2 months. If you need more than 3,000 Updates per month, we prepare a quote on request.

Monthly plans end at the end of the month, annual plans at the end of the year. There is no notice period: you can cancel right up until the renewal.

What is an Update, and how many do you need?
An Update is a new post on a monitored channel: a LinkedIn post, a YouTube video, a newsletter issue or an entry in an RSS feed. The plans differ mainly in how many Updates arrive per month.
How many Updates a source produces depends on how often it publishes and on how many channels you follow it. In our own Workspace, the median in September 2026 was 25 Updates per source per month, measured across 48 sources. A large corporation with many channels can reach several hundred; a small company often stays below ten.

Free trial
The trial includes a one-time allowance of 300 Updates, 15 Reports and 15 Dossiers. It is not a subscription and needs no credit card.
Once the trial Updates are used up, new ones arrive again as soon as you book a plan. Everything captured up to then is kept for the time being. However, we deactivate unused trial accounts after a short time if they do not switch to a paid plan.
When a month’s allowance is used up
Updates beyond your allowance are not lost. Picasi holds them back. They become visible as soon as you switch to a larger plan or Picasi support releases them. The start of a new month does not release them automatically.

Billing and cancellation
All prices are net, plus statutory VAT. You pay by credit card or SEPA direct debit, processed by Stripe. Paying annually saves you the cost of 2 months.
