Billing and payment
Picasi is built for business customers. All prices in the pricing overview are net prices plus statutory VAT. You receive an invoice to your company, with VAT shown on it.
Payment is by credit card or SEPA direct debit. Stripe handles the payment processing. For you this means: Picasi itself does not store credit card data. Payment data sits with the payment provider, which operates in line with PCI requirements.
The Privacy Policy explains which data is processed in the process.
Term and cancellation
There is no notice period. Every contract can be canceled up to immediately before its renewal, effective at the end of the agreed term.

If you do not cancel, the contract renews for a further term. You declare the cancellation directly in the software, so it is cleanly documented.
The free test with the first 300 updates costs nothing and needs no credit card. You only pay once you decide on a plan. The Terms of Use (section 9) and the General Terms and Conditions are authoritative.
Changing plans: upgrade and downgrade
When you upgrade or downgrade, all existing information is kept. Only the future usage limits change. The limits of each plan are listed in the pricing overview.
Data and hosting
All collected data is kept and is only deleted when the workspace is deleted. If you cancel the subscription, you move to the test tier. The test updates are then already used up and no new updates arrive, but you can still access the existing data for a while. Four weeks after the subscription ends, the account is deleted and the data is gone. If you want to keep data, back it up yourself beforehand, for example by download (section 9.5 of the Terms of Use).
The servers are in the EU, currently exclusively in Germany, in data centers of Hetzner Online GmbH.
Data protection and DPA
Picasi processes publicly available data only. The hosting provider and the payment service are named in the Privacy Policy.
We provide a data processing agreement (DPA) on request: sales@picasi.com. There is no download yet.
