Public Report Feed: evaluations that leave Picasi
With the Public Report Feed you publish your own reports and make them accessible via an address – without recipients needing an account. That way you share market knowledge with partners and clients or feed it into other tools, an RSS feed reader for instance. What gets published is your decision, report by report.
Which problem does the Public Report Feed solve?
Market knowledge only has an effect once it reaches the people who need it – and those often sit outside the tool: an agency's client, the sales partner, the sister company. The usual route there is a PDF export somebody sends by hand, and which is out of date the moment it arrives.
The Public Report Feed replaces that errand with an address. Whoever has it reads the current state – and anyone who prefers to work automatically hangs it in their feed reader or another tool.
What does the feed do, concretely?
- You publish your own reports and decide per report whether it leaves the protected area.
- Recipients – partners and clients – need no Picasi access and no account.
- The feed can be fed into other tools, an RSS feed reader for example, so evaluations arrive where people are reading anyway.
- Published reports are not indexed by default: they carry
noindex, are reachable via their address, but do not appear in search engines; only a curated showcase is deliberately released.
What does the feed deliberately not do?
It knows no access rights. Whoever has the address reads the report – there is no recipient list and no sign-in. The feed is meant for sharing, not for confidential distribution. For graduated access inside your company, the role model is the right route.
And it is deliberately not an SEO channel. Published reports could be left indexable to generate reach – Picasi does not do that by default. AI-generated evaluations contain statements about named third parties; indexed publicly, mistakes would be publicly attributable. Add to that possible references to individuals, and the fact that mass-indexed AI text would grow exactly the flood Picasi was built against.
This split – publish freely, index selectively – is a deliberate decision. It costs reach and preserves credibility.
Who uses the feed for what?
Agencies: delivering results to clients
The client gets an address instead of an attachment – and always sees the current state there rather than last week's version.
Keeping sales and partners supplied
Anyone who needs market knowledge only occasionally gets it without access, without training, and without someone having to remind them.
Hooking it into your own toolkit
Via the feed, reports land in the RSS reader or in other tools – next to everything else the team already follows.
